By means of its Compliance System, the company reaffirms the integrity of its actions as well as its commitment to an ethical standing in its service provision. Thus, it is possible to ensure in a systematic way that Reta Engenharia operations are founded on the Precepts declared and widely disseminated to its stakeholders, and – further – that the company complies with all applicable standards, regulations and controls. To make sure its Compliance Management is adequate, Reta Engenharia has assigned responsibilities geared towards preventing, educating, monitoring and correcting any faults in any actions taken by employees and service providers. The company believes that the dissemination of its culture and Precepts is the pillar that secures the integrity and perenniality of its business. All related management is exercised by means of Integrity and Perenniality Assurance actions and through the company’s Compliance Committee, as consolidated in its Code of Conduct and Statement of Risks under our Compliance.


OMBUDSMAN CHANNEL

Reta Engenharia’s Ombudsman Channel is strictly confidential and available to internal as well as outside audiences, enabling any person to securely denounce any attitude that violates the company’s Code of Conduct or Precepts. Reta Engenharia assures confidentiality, impartiality and probity in dealing with and investigating each denunciation, be it identified or not.
